Homework Center Infoplease

Dear Parents, Students & Staff:

A message has been circulating among students at many NYC schools concerning a message written on a desk at another school which has since been altered to fit many schools' descriptions.

The NYPD has advised us of their investigation into this matter.

Parents are asked to advise your child NOT to further spread any messages concerning any threats against any school through social media. Students are asked to be responsible users of social media.

Please report any such messages that might be received to Mr. Collazo or Mr. Athy.

Thank you for your concern.

Please be assured that all NYC schools-including Bayside-have taken all precautions to ensure your child's safety. Tomorrow, Monday, March 5th, will be a regularly

scheduled day of school.
